On August 22, Vietjet Qazaqstan operated its first flight on the Astana–Pavlodar–Astana route following the completion of the runway reconstruction at Pavlodar Airport.The launch of this new destination marks another milestone in expanding the airline's domestic route network and enhancing regional connectivity across Kazakhstan. Vietjet Qazaqstan will begin operating scheduled subsidised flights on the Astana – Pavlodar – Astana route on September 1, 2026. Flights will operate four times a week: on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Airfares will start at 15,000 KZT, making travel between the two cities significantly more affordable for passengers. The new route delivers convenient direct air service between the capital and Pavlodar, creating added opportunities for business and personal travel while boosting domestic tourism and regional mobility. "Launching flights between Astana and Pavlodar is a key milestone in expanding our domestic footprint.
